Enrique, my second son, started walking yesterday! At 14 months it is not like he is a prodigy or anything but we were excited. I had a camera phone handy so I took some quick video of him

Very quickly he got the hang of it (kinda) and we couldn’t stop him…

Enrique Raftery Carnicero

This is our new son Enrique Raftery Carnicero. Born on Tuesday morning May 23rd at 06:43 weighing 6lb 10oz (3.01kg). Welcome to the world little Enrique and please sleep a little better/more than your older brother Tomás!

Thanks everyone for the good wishes - Pilar and Enrique are coming home this morning.

Enrique Raftery Carnicero is the name we have chosen for our new son. The doctors told us he was due today - May 22nd. My wife, Pilar’s, waters just broke!

We are off to the hospital - it looks like little Enrique gets his punctionality from his father’s side of the family!
