Often on hitting Publish I am left staring at a spinning icon whose percentage never goes above 0%. If you have never had this happen to you - I'm delighted for you and long may it stay that way. The best way might be to do it in 2 steps - 1. Use Blogger to re-publish on your new domain, do this for a number of weeks until people are used to the new domain and then 2.
